17. Nordic Practices of HRM

Human resource management (HRM), and human resources (HR), are today accepted concepts for theories about people management as well as a term for the personnel function. This track includes papers that investigate the practical work with HR(M) issues in Nordic countries, and similarities and differences within these countries as well as comparing to other parts of the world. Is there a typical Nordic practice of HRM?

Welcome to track no 17, Nordic Practices of HRM!
We are looking forward to meeting you all at this track about human resource management and some adjacent topics. If you have not uploaded your paper earlier this summer you have to send it directly to the participants or to the track leader (see below). We guess you have seen the program (below) and know when you are supposed to do your presentation.
Prepare a short presentation of max. 15 minutes. Thereafter we have questions and discussions during 10 minutes. Put your slides on a USB stick and upload on the local computer before your session starts.
