To be eligible for studies at Stockholm University School of Business through a student exchange program there are some requirements that need to be met.
General requirements:
- There must be an agreement between Stockholm University School of Business and the student’s home institution which allows for student exchange.
- You must be registered as a student with one of our partner institutions.
- You must be nominated by your home university for a study period abroad at the School of Business.
- You must have documented proficiency in English (applies to non-native speakers).
Requirements for students at the bachelor level:
- You must have completed at least one year of studies in business administration, as no basic level courses are taught in English.
Requirements for students at the master's level:
- Completed bachelor's degree.
Language requirements
If your first language is not English, you will also be required to meet Stockholm University's English language requirements.
Stockholm University School of Business requires an internationally recognised test of English proficiency, such as computerised TOEFL or IELTS tests or a Cambridge Certificate of English Proficiency.
Our language entry requirements for exchange students are as follows:
- TOEFL-paper: 550
- TOEFL-computer: 213
- TOEFL-internet: 80 (Writing: 20, Speaking: 20, Reading: 20 and Listening: 20)
- IELTS: 6.5
Please note that the School of Business will only process applications from applicants who have been nominated by their home institution.
